CONDITIONS OF PRODUCTION

*Video Production includes 1 produced graphic, voice over, royalty-free music if requested, and on site video recording.  Extra onsite production fees will apply if video shoot is more than 75 miles from Bryan Thomas Productions studios and/or more graphics are requested for the video.  A 2 (two) second portion at end of video will include Hot Country Live brand with statement "A Hot Country Live Endorsed Company" or just the Hot Country Live brand without any other text.  Video may not contain any indecent/explicit material or foul language in accordance to the FCC's Seven Dirty Word list.  Hot Country Live or Bryan Thomas Productions is not responsible for providing additional talent as needed.  Additional talent hired by advertiser will be required to sign a talent waiver upon recording of video.  Offer expires July 31, 2018 or once ten advertisers have been confirmed by Hot Country Live.  All sales are final.  No refunds will be issued.  A 25% deposit/retainer fee will be required upon signing.  Video Production to be completed within 10 (ten) business days of recording.  Radio Commercial to be produced and aired within 2 (two) business days of signed agreement, unless otherwise stated by advertiser.
